How do you get people talking about a new skincare line – and make it part of your target audience's daily routine? We did just that for Bepanthen® DERMA: with selected influencers, emotional content and a cleverly extended campaign mechanism spanning two activation waves.

Two campaigns. One clear message.Care that goes beneath the skin

To launch the new Bepanthen® DERMA with Provitamin B5 Repair Complex product line, we developed a creator campaign on Instagram that focused on personal recommendations. The influencers showcased their favourite products from the range – authentically, approachably and perfectly staged in everyday life.

The second wave followed in autumn: together with the three best-performing creators, we generated even more attention, more intensive community engagement and a strong extension of the product message.

In addition, two large competitions ensured interaction, activation and genuine community involvement.
